We handle challenging, high-stakes problems that can only be resolved in our highest courts.

Our appellate courts exist because judges and juries are not infallible.  If you believe that a judge or a jury made a mistake in your case, we may be able to help you.  That is, upon review of your case, we may be able to help secure a reduced sentence; a new trial; a remand; a record expungement; or, improve the outcome of your case in some other way.

We are experienced appellate attorneys and seasoned litigators skilled in complex litigation.  We have appellate and litigation experience in the following practice areas:

Following are links to answers to some of the most frequently asked questions.  These answers may guide you in your decision of whether to appeal the order or judgment in your case.

If you believe that a court or tribunal made an error of law in your case, please contact us for a consultation.  We are available for telephone consultations most weekdays after 3:00 p.m. EST.

Please note well that, as Christian attorneys, you can rest assured that if we think that you do not have grounds for an appeal, we will tell you.

Additionally, if you require additional assistance, we are available for Zoom or in-office strategy sessions most weekdays after 4:00 p.m. EST.  Otherwise, please call to set up an appointment that coincides with your schedule.  Note:  There is a $100 fee for a Zoom or an in-office strategy session, which is waived if you retain us.
