- New Resurrection Faith Ministries, Inc., et al v Television Broadcasting Online, Inc., et al
Our clients, 20 Michigan Churches, were awarded over $400,000 in damages in our lawsuit for fraud
in a nationwide scam that ensnared 176 churches. The ministers signed papers they thought were
shipping receipts for receiving the terminals. But the papers actually were lease agreements obligating
them to 48 months of payments totaling as much as $40,000. Read the news release.
